Recipe Ingredients1/4 c Sweet cream or Half & Half1 tb Butter 6 tb Brown sugar 1/4 ts Salt 2 c Confectioners' sugar 1 ts Vanilla Cooking ProceduresMix cream, butter, brown sugar and salt and place over low heat. Stiruntil sugar is dissolved. Do not let boil! Remove from heat. Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Stir until cool enough to spread on a 9" cake. |
